Mr. Widarto graduated from Gadjah Mada University (1995) majoring in Civil Law, and took his master of business degree at Gadjah Mada University (2013). Before joining Srie Melyani & Rekan, Mr. Widarto worked at P&J Law Office, Juan Felix Tampubolon & Partners Law Office, and Soehandjono and Associates Law Firm for long period time. He had experience for almost 10 years as a legal consultant and advocate.
Mr. Widarto provides excellent service in both litigation and non litigation. He speaks on a number areas of law such as Civil and Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Finance and Banking, Corporate Law, Commercial and Business Transactions as well as the area of Labour and Employment Law, Industrial Law. He also has an extensive expertise and experience in Insurance Law, and Bankruptcy Law.
In his free time, He often be a speaker in law seminar and workshop at several Law School in Jakarta.
